1st Course

Eggplant Salsa: Grilled eggplant with diced vegetables served with pita chips

Eech: Cooked bulgur with tomato paste, vegetables, and paprika, tossed in parsley

Shepherd Salad: Chunked cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, parsley and basil

2nd Course

Khnkali Dumplings: Spiced beef in homemade dough boiled, served with butter and black pepper

Jingyalov Hats: Artsakh flatbread stuffed with herbs & green veggies

Cabbage Dolma: Cabbage leaves stuffed with vegan mixture beans and vegetables

3rd Course

Bamia Okra, tomato paste, beef chunks served over rice pilaf

Lamb Shank: Thin cut vegetable wrapped baked lamb shank

Vegan Bamia: Okra, tomato paste and veggies served over basmati rice
