Grilled Shrimp: Black garlic glaze, herbed fennel slaw

2nd Course

Maitake Mushrooms: Roasted maitake, herbed dumplings, spring garlic, caramelized vegetable jus

Prime Skirt Steak: Bourbon glazed baby carrots & turnips, olive oil pomme puree, tarragon beef jus

Arctic Char: Sorrel, roasted fingerling sweet potatoes, braised fennel, citrus hollandaise

Maple Pot de Creme: Spiced hazelnuts, vanilla cookie

German Chocolate Cake: Raspberries, brandy creme anglaise
